BAKED COUNTRY STYLE RIBS AND SAUERKRAUT
In fry pan brown ribs; drain excess fat. Salt and pepper
to taste. In baking dish combine sauerkraut, apple, onion, water and brown
sugar. Arrange ribs on top. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours or so until ribs are
tender in 325 degree oven. Check now and then.
