Glazes for Corned Beef Brisket
Cook your corned beef in water at a slow
simmer for about 3 hours. Remove from liquid and place, fat side up,
on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat.
Brush on your glaze of choice and broil for 3 minutes. Brush with more
glaze and continue broiling 2 more minutes or until the meat is glazed.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes and carve brisket diagonally across the grain
into thin slices and serve with cabbage.
