Roast Beef
with Horseradish Sauce

Whipping cream,

A1 Steak Sauce |
| 1/4 cup |
Chopped green onions |

Kelchner's Prepared
Horseradish |

Beef Eye Round Roast
(2 lb.) |

Salt and pepper (optional) |
Preparation
Blend whipped cream, steak sauce, green
onions and horseradish. Cover. Refrigerate until serving time.
Season roast with salt and pepper; place in roasting pan.
Bake at 325° degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, 15minutes or to desired
doneness. Thinly slice roast; serve with horseradish sauce.
