TENDERLOIN ROAST Preheat oven to 450°-500° degrees. Season the outside of the roast with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic or garlic powder. Place roast in an open roasting pan and bake for 35-45 minutes. Check internal temperature in the center of the thickest part of the roast with a meat thermometer (always use a good quality accurate meat thermometer for measuring temperatures) for desired doneness.
